Rose Festival Queen-The Queen of Rosaria for 2008 is Marshawna Williams from Cleveland High School. Williams is Cleveland’s student body vice president and co-president of the Black Student Union, She also volunteers with the Sierra Service Project, most recently on the Umatilla Indian Reservation. She has played varsity basketball and volleyball and referees those same two sports for the Portland Bureau of Parks & Recreation.
